A VALUED CUSTOMER

I normally do not write comments to companies whose products I buy. I was
however, so impressed with the way in which your G96 Bluing cream restored
an old Yugoslavian SKS semi-auto battle rifle that I was moved to write.
Very easy to apply and the finished gun looks like new. I had use two other
products, but none of them produced a deep, hard to remove , finish. I had
just about given up on this gun and was considering a expensive re-blue at a
local gunsmith. Your product came to the rescue.

The G96 gun cleaner/lubricant/preservative is also excellent and also works
much better than  CLP's BREAK FREE.

Thanks for two great products. I will be buying more and recommending them
to my friends.

...At 5:15, when the shooting light had faded, I carefully skirted the edge of the aspens and headed back to camp. A symmetrical 5x5 rack was propped against the tent door. Bob's bolt had not frozen. He had shot this bull our of a herd of about 30 elk at daybreak. It was taken at 200 yards with a 180-grain Nosler Partition bullet fired from his .300 Winchester Magnum. He had used a sub-zero gun oil called G96 to lightly lubricate his rifle, which is something I will be using on my next winter hunt!

G96 Products Find Dealer Favor

"The performance of G96 has been consistent for 30 years. Many soldiers in Vietnam have written to thank us for the product. One veteran said he had his family ship him a supply of G96, which he passed around to his buddies to help avoid some of the familiar jamming problems with their military M16 rifles.

Because we have more concentrated oils in G96, guns handled by consumers in a gun store maintain their fresh, clean look if sprayed regularly. If your guns get a lot of daily handling, and you use G96, the guns will still look as good as new at the end of the day.

Because G96 sells for a lot less than our competitors, it provides better dealer margins. It is available mainly through distributors, and we support our distributors through advertising allowances and a strong national advertising campaign."

G96 NITRO SOLVENT GUN CLEANER GETS HIGH MARKS

The G96 product comes in a 6-ounce aerosol, which makes using it convenient. It took five patches to clean our test bore, and showed considerable effect on both guilding and lead. It did not affect any finishes in our tests.

BOTTOM LINE: In our opinion, the G96 Nitro Solvent Gun Cleaner is a very good bore-cleaning solvent.

Dear Mr. Goldman,

I have been using G96 GUN TREATMENT on an almost daily basis for over a decade. There are numerous lubricants I could select. However, G96 GUN TREATMENT has all of the properties required of a lubricant for firearms.

Easy to apply, it leaves an invisible magnetic film that protects the firearms we test and evaluate, from handguns to crew served machine-guns. We also commonly use it to remove fouling and rust.

My research assistant has also been using it for many years in the restoration of antique telephones and phonographs.

We have recently commenced use of G96 Gun Blue Creme. I have tried many liquid bluing agents over the years. However, none of them apply as easily and blue as successfully as this product.

My best wishes for the continued success of you exceptionally high-quality line of products.

Sincerely yours,

Dear Sir,

Re: G96 Gun Treatment

I am, have been a Maine Forester for 22 years and have cruised timber when it's -25&3176;F. For years I would not carry a firearm in winter, as it would not function properly in this cold. Then 8-9 years ago, I discovered G96! This stuff keeps moving parts lubricated, functioning, and protected in any weather and longer than anything else I've tried. Great for any metal parts on any equipment in the cold.

Unfortunately, as the can states "...result of missile research" it's the best kept secret around. Only one place in Maine I know of sells it, and I've never seen it advertised. You have a great product - I'm sure gun owners an fine machine owners would like a product that does what G96 does.

Only one suggestion - a non-aerosol micro-drop dispenser would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Dear Sir,

I recently completed the test and evaluation of your new synthetic gun lubricant. I found it to be an exceptional product. The test was conducted over a four week period. All departmental weapons, (S&W Mod. 4043), were detail stripped and cleaned removing all existing lubrication. The weapons were then reassembled and lubricated per factory specifications with your product. The weapons were then used for our semi-annual qualifications. Each officer fired a minimum of 100 rounds. During this time there were no malfunctions. The guns were field stripped and cleaned. I found that there were no thick buildups of oil and carbon around the chambers as were with our regular lubricant. Cleaning in general seemed much easier.

I also performed a separate test with my personal duty weapon. During a one week period I shot 550 rounds through my gun with only the one lubrication. The gun performed flawlessly. Although much dirtier than the other guns, it was still much easier to clean. I look forward to seeing your product on my supplier's shelves in the near future.

Sincerely, Sgt. Robert M. Puente

Dear Mr. Goldman,

After using your G96 synthetic Gun oil for a little over a year I thought I would update you on my findings. I am pleased to say that your product has made my job as both firearms instructor and armorer much easier. My officers are having an easier time cleaning their weapons therefor malfunctions associated with improperly maintained weapons has been eliminated. The lubricating properties of the synthetic oil are as good or better that anything I have used in my 24 years as a police officer and there is one of the gummy build up I would get with other products. My only complaint is that I now have a case of your "Crud Buster" that I no longer need.

During the last firearms qualification one of my officers asked if extreme temperatures would effect the oil. Not being able to give him a definitive answer we performed an impromptu test. I placed my weapon in the freezer of the range refridgerator for 30 minutes, then fired it without a problem. We then placed the weapon (unloaded) in front of a spotlight until it was almost too hot to hold and again it worked flawlessly.

I wish you continued success with this and your other fine products. If I can be of any assistance to you in the future, feel free to call.

Sincerely, Sgt. Robert M. Puente

Dear Mr. Goldman,

As Rangemaster/Armorer for the Henderson Police Department, I have been using G96 gun oil for the past 6 months or more, and I have found this product to be very different from other lubricants. At first, I was skeptical whether or not this lubricant would perform better than other on the different firearms that I routinely test and use.

One of the first things I noticed when using G96 was that the consistency was very light, and I was wondering if it would hold up under heavy use. In time, I found myself using G96 a great deal more than the other products for a number of reasons. One of those reasons was because it was very clean to use and did not become "gummy". It made clean up much easier. A little of G96 went a long way, and its lubricating qualities appeared to be superior to the other lubricants found on the market. I also used it in the bore and found that it cut down on fouling. I found that the more I used the product, the more I liked it, especially here in the dusty, hot, southwest.

I have used G96 on semi-auto pistols, rifles, and submachine guns, and following takedown, have noticed no appreciable wear even after firing hundreds of rounds.

I certainly could have used your product during my years in the military as a Combat Arms instructor,k as well as during my years in federal and local law enforcement. I believe you have a fine product.

Sincerely,

David A. White
Rangemaster/Armorer/Firearms Instructor
